Geophysics Computing Lab Attends 2021 KSMER Fall Conference

[Busan=GeoVis] The Computational Geophysics Lab of Jeonbuk National University (JBCGL) announced that it attended the 2021 Korea Society of Mineral and Energy Resources Fall Conference held at BEXCO in Busan from October 28th to 29th, 2021.

At this conference, Master's student Sea-Eun Park presented on 'A Comparative Study of Time-Domain and Frequency-Domain 4D Time-Lapse Seismic Monitoring Technologies Based on Reverse Time Migration for CO2 Geological Storage'.

Also, Master's student Kim Seokhan presented on 'Research on Parallel Seismic Modeling for Implementing Large-Scale 3D Seabed Seismic Survey Data'.

This research was conducted with funding from the National Research Foundation of Korea and exploration data provided by Equinor.
