Undergraduate Student Hyun-Wook Jo Selected as Idang Scholar by KSMER
[Jeonju=GeoVis] Hyun-Wook Jo, an undergraduate researcher at the Computational Geophysics Lab of Jeonbuk National University (JBCGL), announced on the 3rd that he has been selected as an Idang Scholar by the Korea Society of Mineral and Energy Resources (KSMER) for 2022.
Hyun-Wook Jo has been conducting research on geophysical data processing and imaging as an undergraduate researcher at the Geophysics Computing Lab at Jeonbuk National University since January 2022, when he became a 4th-year student.
The Idang Scholarship program is a scholarship program established by the Korea Society of Mineral and Energy Resources to select outstanding undergraduate students and foster future talents in the field of resource engineering, and it selects students based on a comprehensive evaluation of their academic excellence and research capabilities.
