Professor Ju-Won Oh Selected as International Collaborator for Canada's NSERC Catalyst Project

[Jeonju=GeoVis] Professor Ju-Won Oh of the Computational Geophysics Lab of Jeonbuk National University (JBCGL) announced on the 29th that he has been selected as an international collaborator for Canada's NSERC Catalyst project, along with Professor Jung-Woo Kim of the University of Calgary.

The selected project will provide Professor Jung-Woo Kim of the University of Calgary with a total of $25,000 in research funding for one year, with the project period from November 20, 2023, to November 19, 2024.

This project is supported by the Canadian government to promote future collaborative research with overseas university professors, and is a significant achievement that is expected to expand into international collaborative research.

Professor Ju-Won Oh stated, "Through this selection, I will establish a continuous cooperative relationship with Canadian researchers and expand the international research network in the field of geophysics."
