Undergraduate Student Yun-Gon Park Successfully Completes NGI Dispatch Research

[Oslo=GeoVis] Yun-Gon Park, an undergraduate researcher from the Geophysics Computing Lab at Jeonbuk National University, who was dispatched to the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI), announced that he has successfully completed his two-month dispatch research.

Yun-Gon Park conducted research activities at NGI from December 30th of last year to February 25th, as part of the Honam Region CCUS Innovative Talent Nurturing Program for greenhouse gas reduction.

During his dispatch, Yun-Gon Park conducted Sleipner CSEM inversion monitoring research with Dr. Joonsang Park and PhD candidate Sea-Eun Park of NGI.

Before the end of his dispatch, Yun-Gon Park had a farewell dinner with NGI researchers, reflecting on his achievements and promising continued exchange in the future. Through this dispatch research, Yun-Gon Park gained international research experience and significantly enhanced his global capabilities.
