PhD Candidate Sea-Eun Park Receives Best Oral Presentation Award at 2024 Korea Resources Engineering Spring Conference

[Seoul=GeoVis] Sea-Eun Park, a PhD candidate at the Geophysics Computing Lab of Jeonbuk National University, was honored with the Best Oral Presentation Award at the "2024 Korea Resources Engineering Spring Conference (112th)".

Sea-Eun Park presented on the topic of "International Collaborative Research for CO2 Geological Storage Geophysical Monitoring: Application to the Sleipner Project in Norway." This research was highly evaluated for its contribution to improving the efficiency of geological storage monitoring, which is a key aspect of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technology.

This award recognizes Sea-Eun Park's outstanding research capabilities and presentation skills, and it serves as an opportunity to publicly showcase the research achievements of the Geophysics Computing Lab.
