The Education & Training Development Division (ETD) develops innovative education programs that train the next generation of geoscientists and energy engineers. Its work spans four interlocking domains - curriculum development and design, professional training and skill development, assessment and certification systems, and educational technology and innovation - treated as a connected pipeline rather than separate silos, leveraging AI and modern pedagogy to build adaptive, personalized learning experiences.
